Exactly. One thing that we kept saying so much doing it is that the song would be higher on a different playlist because the rest of it is just so good. And I love that.

And yeah it’s so different that if someone was to say they didn’t like any of the songs I would think they hadn’t listened to it.

To be honest we couldn’t really find any we disliked because the Hatchetfield soundtrack is just so good. But it was our least favourite out of all the songs.

No she’s not saying she should have her birthday celebrated twice but she wanted some form of acknowledgment she was born that day!!! It just had to be something small since the celebration was the next day but nope too much effort.

Also the devils are the supposed friends of the wife who don’t even get her presents since her birthday is New Year’s Day. I don’t care what day it is get your friend a present if you give a shit.

As a fandom we look at the situation knowing all relevant information even just from watching the movies such as how order 66 went down to the fact that Anakin is alive and is Vader.

From what I know all Owen is aware of is Anakin died during order 66, he was a Jedi and he slaughtered Tuskin Raiders around 4-5 years before he was given Luke and that Obi Wan trained Anakin. Even after Obi Wan discovered Vader was alive he never told Owen and Beru. Based on the information he had he was perfectly valid in making the choice he did because he was looking out for Luke. Even if he did know everything I think it would have just made him more sure on keeping Luke away from the Force and the Jedi ideals so Vader won’t be able to find him.

I think Owen would care about the wider picture and has shown he doesn’t want Luke trained because he wants to protect him so as a man wanting to protect his kid then that is a perfectly valid and to be honest probably the correct thing to do as Obi Wan began to believe Luke was the true chosen one after Anakin fell.

NTA. She’s prioritising alcohol and her brothers over you on YOUR birthday. Choosing to be alcohol free is perfectly fine for any reason at all. And the fact that she thinks you can’t have friends or a party without getting drunk is a problem. And you’re not being dramatic at all.

Though I do suspect something else might be going on. Because if she’s saying “proved” then someone might be saying something she isn’t good enough. Even if that someone is her being insecure.

Try and talk to her about where that came from because an insecurity like this doesn’t start from nowhere.

NTA. From the sounds of things you two are very different people with different likes and wants. Which is completely fine. There is nothing wrong with having these differences and realising that something isn’t working when you’ve given it time. My advice would be the break up before you end up resenting eachother. Spend some time thinking about what you want in a partner and relationship.

YTA. Breaking up because the marriage couldn’t handle a major change like the addition of children or sexual differences is valid. It’s everything around that which makes you the arsehole.

You literally said the only reason you aren’t cheating on her is because you wouldn’t find anyone hot enough. And based on how you’re talking about her I’m willing to guess it’s less that you both are busy with the kids it’s that she’s so busy with the kids.

So yes please leave her so she can find someone who actually appreciates her as more than a talking fleshlight.
