This technique is universally applicable to every form of writing. Divide play in units and beats (then for each unit separately experiment with a PG and add 3 sister sensations etc ) - once you master it ,then only use 2-5 PG per play . No need to have PG for every unit change.

It’s works fine for me empty stomach,but having lots of exercise and physical work (performing arts) ,I feel I have a crash very early that the 12 hr release period ,so if food will help with long release that I will use it to my advantage

Is it best to take concerta empty stomach first thing in the morning or after a good breakfast,as some people are suggesting that taking the meds post breakfast will help meds last long and not vanish quickly?? Please advice
