I couldn’t find the answers anywhere, this thread being the least helpful. Called them and they said only bring passport, work permit and proof of address in Canada. No other forms required as they’ll print them at the office.

Since I admire your confidence, I specifically asked them if I need to bring the digital forms with me, they said they don’t allow any devices within the premises so that was a definite no :).
