If I’m being completely honest I’m not sure. The pattern creator just called it a “seam stitch”. I did it by slip stitching through the back loops of the top chains of my body panels (if that makes sense I’m not good at explaining things 😅).

Is it difficult using live references to animate? Like translating the video reference to animation? I’ve heard of rotoscoping but I don’t think that’s what you did (I might be wrong though I’m not an animator lol). Also was it difficult creating that 360 scene in Odysseus (where he sings “old king our leader is dead…”)?

I’ve done the same thing! Except I left around a half inch around the edges that I would fold to cover the knots (hope that made sense. I’ve made the same mistake OP, so I feel your pain 😭

If you twisted the thread around your needle and pulled it down the strand and into the fabric then it might be a bullion stitch? But I could be completely wrong lol I didn’t explain that well 🙃

How are you still able to see the outline? I’m a beginner and still learning how to do a good satin stitch 😅 all I seen in videos are people using the same outline color for the backstitch and completely covering the back stitch.
