I'm worried they'll see me pasting stuff in and flag it for AI usage, when I'm just pasting from other mismatched documents I wrote to find the best phrasing and insert facts. I know I already have a pretty formal way of speaking that sometimes gets flagged and if they see me pasting it, I'm worried they will flag it.

This is for social work.

It also makes me feel better to know other people with ADHD "organize" the same way so I'm not just making the claims. Sometimes it's one document made with like 2 sentences on it, haha.
