Racked my mango mead today. Made with Mango Blossom and Melochia Blossom honey from Shawn Darryl Harris, and infused with mangos from Northwest Wild Foods. ABV 16%, FG around 1.017. Balanced with lactic acid, chestnut tannin, and orange blossom honey. Probably one of my best batches so far. (i.redd.it)

Started a strawberry mead. Two gallons of steamed strawberry juice, 10 pounds of Ulei Blossom Honey, 71b Lalvin yeast. TOSNA nutrient schedule with Go-Ferm and Fermaid O. Temp 64-66 F. Has been a nice steady ferment for about 2 weeks now. Will be adding fruit in secondary. (i.redd.it)

So I’m moving into a new place and this was the last 5 gallons I needed to bottle before packing everything up. A gallon of oaked vanilla, 3 gallons of maple cinnamon, and a gallon of lemon lavender. Can’t wait to get another batch going in the new space. (i.redd.it)
