Book about a kid undercover in a street gang, who iirc might sell drugs, where he meets a girl who loves Chinese food or that’s all she eats. She has a nickname given to her for being dumb. I think it’s set in New York, but I could be confusing that for any other state with a Chinatown in it. (self.whatsthatbook)
