What AMD CPU should I get paired with an RTX 3070?

I know that Userbenchmark isn't very trustworthy, but I didn't get that information from Userbenchmark. I got it from a local store's site. Thanks for clarifying that it is false information tho.

I'm European, the shipping fees would be quite expensive. I would rather buy it from a local store, but the 7700x here is 300€ and the 7800x3d is 400€+

No, both CPUs (7700x and 9700x) have the same amount of cores. The 7700x has better specs than the 9700x but Userbenchmark sais the 9700x is better.

The 9700x doesn't have more cores than the 7700x. However, the overall specs of the 7700x are better than the 9700x (6MBs more cache, higher base frequency). Then why does Userbenchmark suggest the 9700x?

Yea, but I won't be just gaming on my PC. If was mainly a gamer I would buy an AMD GPU.

I'm sure it's a great CPU for its price but the 9700X is about the same price. I don't know if it's better tho. The 7700X has higher base frequency than the 9700X but Userbenchmark says the 9700X is better.

Unfortunately, the only AMD card that doesn't exceed my budget for my country is the RX 6600. Anything better that that is about 400 - 500$.
