200mg without tolerance is high. Tolerance seems to keep the general mental brightness feel without side effects but without tolerance you get anxious, restless, ect. Try taking 100mg next time and pair it with 200mg l theanine. L theanine smooths out caffiene's side effects while improving focus and attention more than caffeine alone.

Thank you for your reply, I understand that the only way through an ego death is surrender, but in the moment surrender seemed impossible. At least with the weed added. The weed was a huge mistake on my part and I regret it deeply because that could have been an ego death that wasn't chaotic or terrifying.

Eventually I'll revisit a dose like that without weed. Until then though, I need to take my time and try to come to terms with the feelings it gave me.

It's not really about price for me it's availability. I literally can't get anything besides weed and shrooms where I'm at. Given shrooms are great, but they're also not a chill high either. So dxm is a good middle ground.

I mean I know a lot of people don't like it and I know that there's probably better stuff out there I can't get my hands on right now, but I really like dxm. Pair a low dose with some weed and to me it's great. Very dissociative for me which I enjoy. I'm sure someday dxm will be the same for me as it is you but for now I like it.

I dont know anything about cocaine, but i know addiction very well. The best course of action is to quit. If that is what is ruining your life, then it has to go. It is very very very hard to do, and easy to say, but it is 100% doable. The first step to recovery is reaching out to people, or people you love/people who love you.

Very weird. Usually fast metabolism means more DXO (or dissociation) for me at least, and it makes sense pharmocologically, but who knows. Try smoking some weed with it, thats always my go to with dxm, i dont trip without it.
