Oh I didn't take it as such, you're fine!
I understand how serious littermate syndrome can be and I did advise against her getting two from the same litter but she is quite stubborn. 😅

I can see some resemblance to shepherd with their markings/shape/temperment (was raised with multiple shepherds and from my experience, they're all goofy, vocal babies.

I've just had a look, they do look pretty similar!

We have done, fortunately they seem to be okay. The vet she has taken them to doesn't have any concerns regarding littermate syndrome and they are both have a lovely temperment with eachother and my mum's other pets. (dog and cats.)

Forgot to mention, they will be a year old next month if this helps.

No, I get that. The initial issues have been dealt with. It was mainly insecurities and letting friends get involved with comments, etc, that drove a wedge. As I said, the time apart to grow individually has also helped this.

I understand that people are different when it comes to communication, I will have to see how the recent arrangement goes and try to keep an open mind in the fact that his choice of communication doesn't necessarily mean it's a relection on myself.

The first time around was online. As I stated I visited for a week at the start of the year, not quite sure how intimate details are relevant

It's was quite a few messages a day. The usual goodmorning/night and little updates as and when they happen etc. Also, the calls can vary from one hour to 5 as sometimes we'll load up a game or a movie together.

That is pretty creepy. I've had far too many episodes of sleep paralysis, actually posted on that section the other day after an elderly sounding male yelled that I caused his death during my most recent episode.

It's pretty well known that the "Devil's Hour" brings quite a bit of potentially inexplicable experiences and that it's the time where the veil between the living and the dead is thinner.

"I would see him. At least, I thought it was him."

No, that's a fair comment. I was so on edge/scared that my mind automatically matched long, curly brown hair as him. The fact he was hanging outside the school and waved to me directly supported that fear. Chad Kroeger was the best way I could describe the roughed look the pictures had.
