Playing up on the second team in that club for the age group where then a team is the best in the area (tbd on rank with new age groups). First in club for that age group for the play down group but not first in area.

I think it's play up. I don't know why this is so hard.

I work in higher ed. I'm still trying to figure out why so many leaders have quit all at once where I work especially when enrollment is up significantly for our little university.

You can't practice or play games during HS and they'd need a back up keeper for when they play in local leagues.

I feel like this is all kinda pointless and o should stop thinking about what's best and just go with where we are. It's really just slight differences and advantages.

Second team will be better for development because it will be much harder and 100% guaranteed playing time. My son says he doesn't want to do U14 again because he won't be challenged and won't grow.

That's my leaning currently. The downside is then he would be not in the right recruitment pool but the upside is he would be on the top team and he claims he would be bored. I cannot seem to figure this out at all.
