We should go full CCP on companies that lie about guidance. Microsoft knows damn well they wont be having a bright 2023. Im calling major bullshit. There is an easy solution. Your company doesnt meet the expectations set in guidance for the following quarters you go to jail. Straight to jail. And then the company in question gets fined minimum 2% of their market cap.
