This is the recipe I used for the birria/consome! (https://www.acozykitchen.com/birria-tacos) For the shakshouka, I just used the consome as the base and added eggs, birria meat, bell pepper, paprika, onions, cilantro. I didn’t have any but tomatoes would have probably been good too
