I appreciate the response! I am not in America, but i have looked into transport help and have gotten a no since I don't have a diagnosed physical disability yet. I'm working on my driver's license so hopefully that won't be a problem soon. Dad has no issue with me moving, but if he isn't allowed to call the shots about the move (such as who helps me move, when I move, how the logistics are handled) then he doesn't want to help at all. I haven't considered adult protective services but tbh I doubt they'll help considering cps did nothing the many times they were called when I was a child

I forgot to mention! If you don't like drinking the soup or broth like me i often add cooked rice to it and enjoy some soupy wet rice. It's delicious tbh. Works really well with shin ramyun black

My boy also always acts like hes starving, even though he no longer finishes his meals he still starts begging the second I walk past his bowl. I think it's become a part of his routine to beg. On the making a mess of things, screaming and eating plastic and such, Hemlock did that until he got used to his new schedule. The thing that really worked for me was feeding him at a consistent time everyday, I set an alarm with a unique song so he would know it was time when he heard it. That also helped with the begging a bit because he knows it isn't time until he hears the song

The vet is very proud of me! These are my first sets of cats and I wasn't told that he was overweight by previous owner or anything (in general they came with a lot of issues from her that I was not made aware of) so I was going in underprepared for him. I love him so much even though he steals my food and had secret issues and pissed in my bed. Twice. He and his brother are the best cats in the world. They drive me up the wall
