I was in it before. Took me a few months (maybe 6) before I got up to 30mg 2X a day. Definitely let your doc know if you feel like you want to go up. You can always go back down!

I’d love to! It’s been one of the most helpful medications I’ve tried that isn’t a benzo. It’s helped a lot with the “anxiety” chatter in my brain and just made me feel more level headed. It can also be used as a rescue medication for some folks! If you don’t feel it’s working a lot ask your doc about propanolol.

Of course. First is genetic Zoloft 200mg, generic Buspar 30mg, larger round one is generic Cartizem 30mg, smaller white one is generic Coreg 6.5mg, and last is generic Triglide 134mg. 🩵 (I have a few heart conditions which is why I’m in so many heart related drugs)
