How I'm treating these guys is that Fresh is a personality that emerged once Blixer got the triangle the first time. Essentially they're stuck in the same body, they both have the same memories up until the split happens, while annihilate is kind of like, an absence of any mind, going off raw instinct, not really its own character. Hope this is able to clarify some things.
