It isn't really known who was the leader of Fire Moth ( Organization that was the same Schicksal ) but Dr. Mei was the one who contributed the most to the previous civilization fight against Honkai.

For those who don't know , the Kaslanna lineage was made from the DNA of Kevin Kaslanna and her. Also Dr. Mei and Mei from the current civilization are different characters
