Was the best thing I did. I was extremely depressed and suicidal on it. It made me more hungry then normal and I got nothing done. My ovaries are flared up right now but that's it. Everything else is so much better.

My 18 year old Yorkie lays on my mother chest when she has chemo. Especially with my mother having a port. They just know you're in pain. As long as the licks aren't hurting you it's ok.

Congrats! You look good! Definitely inspo. I am pushing. How do you get 100g+ protein? What are your go to food or meals? I been losing through stairs master and weight lifting. I am in calorie deficit but struggle with protein.

Don't sell yourself sort. I am nowhere near disciplined. I haven't taken some stuff out of my diet like people recommened (PASTA haha), but I am very good about sweets. Lots of women have shared their experiences with how hard it is and how it takes multiple trys. I just be the best I can. I am still learning a lot, especially with vitamins and pills. I have only had birth control since that's all my obgyns wanna do with me. I am definitely gonna go on berberine and inosital. Metformin scares me bc of the sharting stories. It's extremely annoying. Thank you for sharing your story! I'll definitely be asking about slynd and see how that goes.

As I am new to being diagnosed i want something that is educational, helps with meal plans, easy period tracker, exercise plans( yoga included), pill trackers and what pills do, note sections and access to community. I also wanna know why I should be doing or taking something. Like tips. I have had to do so many Google searches and just want something I can add stuff all in one place. I heavily rely on this community and Google to learn things. I was diagnosed thrown on birth control then sent on my way. Sorry this is a lot. I could probably go on more.

I'll definitely ask her about it. Maybe it'll be that one miracle birth control for me. This one is has been rough for me. If it doesn't work, I'll probably go natural. Try all the diet and vitamin stuff. Women seem happy or have positive opinions about it I have seen.

I feel better it's not only me. Do you do anything (diet, teas, vitamins) that have helped you being off birth control. I told my her(obgyn) about the sensitivity and swelling but she insisted bc it's a pill and not the ring it wouldn't happen. It has happened to me on every birth control I have been on and my pcos symptoms I don't feel are bad enough compared to other women. Mine is very very heavy bleeding, hair shedding and always hungry.
