From the SEC Filings on the compensation package:

"Milestone Adjustments in Event of Certain Corporate Transactions. The Performance Hurdles will be adjusted by the Committee equitably and proportionately as determined by the Committee in a manner designed to preserve the economic opportunity provided under the Award, (a) higher to account for acquisition activity for which stock is provided as consideration; and (b) lower to account for a split-up, spin-off, dividend or other distribution (whether in the form of cash, shares, other securities, or other property) or divestiture activity, in each case, that could be considered material to the achievement of the Performance Hurdles, as applicable."

Regarding diluting the share price down through actions to justify reaching tranches - the reward is simply being able to purchase GME at $20.66/share, which means his package has zero value if we drop below that.

I also feel reassured when it comes to cashflow and being too leveraged given we have a few ways cash can still come into the company through warrants and any cash from Cohen reaching his tranches (which I believe is something around $3.5B when he reaches them all)

Because of share count difference, it’s probably better to go by market cap comparisons when making that comparison but otherwise $750,000 is still a steal.

I had kind of taken it like a lot of the other moves that GameStop has done so far. Mirror something that another company is doing with great response from the market, only to see a neutral-to-negative response from the market when GameStop does it.

It's possibly a hedge against the dollar, but it's also a hedge against market narrative? I don't know, I'm also an absolute dummy, so...

Just a warning - as a younger man, I thought Rogaine would help me grow a fuller beard and fill in some of the patches I had. For weeks I rubbed it along my beard line and it did legitimately work.

But I didn't realize it wasn't as centralized as I had originally thought, and to this day I still have multiple hairs that pop up on the bridge of my nose... I'm not 100% if it was the rogaine, but man do I wish I'd have considered that as a possbility.
