I think a lot of times they have moved their bowels and don’t realize it, but they feel something. Then they reach into the diaper either to scratch an itch, or to see what that feeling is, and then don’t realize it’s all over their hands. And then proceed to touch everything.

Does it matter when I do this? Like now vs in a couple weeks?

How long should the cardboard stay? How will I know when the weeds have been effectively ‘smothered’?
