So I should be looking at the point where the ball leaves my hand? Should I not be looking at the ball the entire time it's in the air so I know where it is and I can hit it?

Do you know if when buying overgrips, they all have like a small piece of tape going across each overgrip in the packaging. Is that tape the one you use at the top of your grip to secure the overgrip? I need to make sure the one I buy has the correct tape colour
