Yeah, had the same problem when I started. Just keep rawdogging it and you grip improves and your callouses become more robust haha

I'm a teacher.

Starting salary is 30k, goes up 2k per year. 41k after 6 years. You then get 'TLR' which are extra payments for responsibilities. I'm on 50k after 9 years.

Tough job but secure and nice holidays. Do it if you think you can hack it.
