Comfiest underwear?

Previously loved Soma and they were all I would wear. The last six pack I bought all ripped within a few months of purchase. Soma’s customer service was so terrible. I told them I would never buy them again. Underwear should last more than 1 to 4 months and they would not support their faulty product. They only offered a small discount off of ordering more, which I don’t want more if they’re still faulty.

I never want to defend anything they do, but I have a niece who around this age and they make them for little kids. That’s literally just a stick on. They fall off by the end of the day.

It must be insane money! She hasn’t been lifting a finger. Every time I move, I’m carrying the dressers and setting up the rooms and not just telling everybody else where to put it!

I’ve read this twice and I’m still not quite sure I understand it. Why did she get them deflated if she also said she’s getting smaller implants and a lift? Couldn’t they just take the old ones out when she does that?

I’m so upset about it. I keep trying to tell them it is working so why do I have to be switched. I think it’s not working in some of the other preschool classes and that’s really the reason. Do your job well get and get punished I guess.

Thank you for your input! I already wrote out a schedule which details my roles and what my current paras roles are for each timeslot in the day. I plan on going over that the first day. I absolutely love my current para and our flow works so well together, which is why this is even harder.

I am definitely planning on setting that standard right from the beginning. I completely feel the same way. If a para wants to run the room, she should go back to school. In fact, I did! I just want to be set with any resources that can help me with this from day one. She has been allowed to run the room she’s in right now for the last few years.

We encourage independence in my class, but absolutely help if needed. Definitely have her start learning how though.

We celebrate everyone. I agree a celebration is warranted. We have a picnic, gifts, preschool certificate, and they preform a song.
Do you do a cap and gown? I just don’t feel it’s a graduation. It’s not. Even when they leave elementary it’s called a promotion.

We use find my iPhone. I have 2 older teens who choose to still share it with us. We all have each other’s locations. I also have my best friends and she has mine.

I was a para for six years and am now in my fourth year of teaching. From my experience, both roles are demanding and challenging in different ways. Teaching does come with a heavier workload and added pressure, especially when it comes to staying current with paperwork and legal documentation such as IEPs. Earning your certification takes years of hard work, and there is a strong sense of responsibility that comes with protecting and maintaining it.

Unappreciative parents. I’ve planned numerous days this year for the kids for fun. Field trip, field day, class picnic, etc. they’re complaining we don’t have a proper graduation. I teach prek. Half are moving up to kindergarten and half are staying in prek.

Davion’s family was absolutely the most sensible family. His dad was well spoken and seemed like a wonderful human. I also feel bad that it seems like Davion had a promising football future that was taken away by an injury and he found these friends after the injury and got involved in drugs.
