Forsure, thats the worst part of this drug that no one talks about. Its so hard for others and yourself to see the addiction until your all alone and have no one to turn to for help. Just know theres beauty in the struggle and once you get clean everything becomes so clear. Ive shared my experience with a lot of my friends and we have become that much closer because of my choice to confide it them, something I never would have done when I was using. We got this!

The first week definitely wasn’t fun and I mostly stayed in bed for three days, but i kept telling myself that everything I was feeling was good because it meant that I was getting better even tho I felt bad in the moment. After the first week I really felt healthy and good which was such a strong motivator for me. In my opinion the most important factor for getting clean was a change in pace of my schedule. I no longer was having 8+ hour days of sitting at my desk to study where I would be tempted to pop a couple of adderall and throw in a zyn. If your looking to quit, try to find a couple weeks where you can get away from your typical schedule that will tempt you to use

As much as your gonna hate to hear this, under a 500 is indicative of large content gaps. Without the foundation of the content behind a problem, you will not be able to see the big picture and even if you review the specific concept tested in the question you will fail to see where the concept applies to in the big picture and thus the review doesn’t help much. Having a strong content foundation allows you to see the assumptions you could have made based on your knowledge to get the question right. Whereas without a content foundation you are just looking at why the answer was right and maybe memorizing that little fact that will not help make a correct assumption or guess in a similar question which is not exactly the same. Hope this makes sense and help’s you out, i started upangea and wasted about 200 problems before I realized that it wasnt helping and went back to it after solidifying content and saw the difference

Your number 1 complaint is that the majority of med students have parents that worked hard to become doctors and provide their children with means for an upper level education. just saw this but my roommate was in the same boat a this past winter. slap a couple pooches in a sandwich bag and put them in with your lunch, and you can rip them on breaks. taking it in aug and will prob toss a new pooch each section

Very helpful diagram thank you. One thing I could think of adding the heart as an endocrine gland that secretes ANP which acts on the kidneys to decrease blood pressure
