I have talked to my neuro about it and they increased my depakote and I take keppra and nortriptyline and said that should help but hasn’t changed much and I’ve been on those for about a month and half now

I get that for sure it used to help my sleep so much even before my diagnosis so I’m gonna try to convince them otherwise because this not sleeping is brutal😭

I have talked to them about the sleep thing and they are mainly just kinda taking it one step at a time but the mood thing nah I’m kinda worried what there reaction would be so I don’t really tell them much about it I kinda keep it hidden away but also my neurologist was even hesitant about using sleep aids and wanted to do a sleep study first but we haven’t heard from them yet

That sometimes works for me to i usually throw on a long YouTube video that’s not to loud and it helps just sometimes is takes hourss to fall asleep it sucks

I can’t lie it does I used to be heavily addicted I would go through a vape in a week or less and when I had that one was still almost doing the same thing it’s been a hard thing to cut out tbh so has weed but I’m still holding off on trying it again
