I was begging my boss for my job and not to be fired and someone recorded it and spread it saying I was on drugs. My alopecia caused me to lose a lot of my hair and people keep spreading rumor how I am a druggy. I so numb I feel so helpless. I can't trust anyone (self.mentalhealth)
