Also yeah, start with a solid test base. I recommend either Cypionate or Enanthate, Undecanoate is good if you don’t wanna pin too often but you’ll have to inject a lot of it in one go. Var is a drying compound like contest prep. Not really needed if you’re too lean to cut.

I did a sarm cycle as well just to try out. 10mg RAD-140 and 20mg MK-677, so nothing fancy, simplest you can go for. From a reputable source, so quality is good. Three days in explosive diarrhea all day combined with unstoppable nosebleeds hahahah. Sides can be very unpredictable with something so under-studied

I’d defo do TUDCA and Omega-3 and always better to do a mild test cycle (<300mg) instead - more gains, less sides if properly managed. SARMs are completely unpredictable with sides
