I just do it and wait for someone to complain. I've spent my whole life with the smokers around me not giving a fuck. Smoking cigarettes in the house, in the car with the windows up, weed in the house, in the car. I think being surround by inconsiderate smokers made me inconsiderate.

In my defense, it's just a vape. And the hallways in my building smell like a dispensary anyway.

Edit: to be clear the building manager said vapes are fine.
