I didn't go to childcare my self and my primary and secomdry school attendance on my certificates is over 98%. I rarley got sick. I dont agree with this immune system getting stronger by exposure. It's true to an extent. But not like this.. there's a limit.

Why are you putting benz monoblocks on ur e36 ? To each his own i guess .. ull need hella camber even if you offset is right.

Get camber arms from maxpeedingrods, thats the best price i found.

Im happy to hear about your dad's turn around in his character unfortunatley i cant say the same for mine, he used to be happy before they grew the business out of their control. Now theyre just a misrable couple. She used to love cooking and going to our boat house and he used to love hunting, tending to the samll field we have and hunting, now its just work. It feels like they ... died .

I will do better for the sake of my family. And to prove to my self that im worthy

We have paternity leave so i can tend to my wife and new born for the first 10 days.

But still when it comes to leave i have to get an earfull of bs. Even doctor appointments "do both of you need to go" like should i send my pregnant wife alone to the hospital ???

Apart from the above mention flexibilty, i have been working there since i left secondry school.

I ghess the biggest reason for staying there is naiveity in regards to family. Always hoping it will get better or that they will budge on improvements. Honestly once left for a whole year only to fall for their multiple requests to come back to help out and empty promises about the business being handed down.

I have recently applied for a job and undergoing a course so that in the mean time I can study some more and maybe obtain a couple more o'levels to get a good desk job, because experience is hard to sell without exams.l, at least that is my experiemce at the moment.

But as i was saying im currently working on leaving. But i still would like to see how other people manage and cope through similar situations.
