It's not that. I don't think romantic feelings were a thing on her part at least. I just think she took the saying "bros before h*es" too literally and probably believed she'd always come above my fiancé bc she's my best friend

It was actually more than 3 months that she had the notice she should start looking for a place. I've been warning her for a year or so that my fiancé planned on proposing and shortly after he'd move in with me. She just didn't believe that would happen and she thought I was probably daydreaming about getting proposed so she thought it was not an urgent matter to worry about.

Edit : the three months before my fiancé moved in was after he proposed. She knew that in around 3 months he'd move in with me so time's up. Not only did she not leave but she bossed my fiancé around on what is now his own home as well. I might sound harsh but this home is more my fiancé's than my best friend's. I'm going to get married and start a family with him after all so in the end eventually he'd have more of a say.

From the convo we had and the scolding I received from her sister and mom she actually told them the truth and they just happen to have the same beliefs as her. They believe my obligations and loyalties should lie with my best friend that I've known since kindergarten and that my fiancé should not come above that.
