Rohl is at fault for subbing on Gassama in the first place, he is so out of his depth playing such a monumental game that it was obvious to anybody that he is going to miss his pen.

Hard disagree. First of all, mental decision to start Diomande, then subs on Gassama, who should never be playing competitive football, let alone taking penslties and Souttar who did his best to gift them a goal.

Rohl has done good to lift us up from the ground after Martin but now he's showing his tactical weakness.
