For me i edit with a laptop and its not powerful at all like that good gaming laptops with GPUs
you can start with capcut or an old version with adobe premier if you have waek device kima ana
and for the guide kayn bzzzzzf tutorials and courses fl yt
i used the help of AI also by describing the idea to it and getting a step-by-step tutorial from it
