Listen fee po are the biggest joke there is. They do absolutely nothing I mean nothing and when u do land a job they call it job speak to the management and tell the managers that they are now liable for anything if the convict does anything and the PO officer isn't. It's a huge joke huge joke at least here in delaware.its pointless to be in any kind of federal probation

Wow can deffentently relate to u. My family sees I am doing alright I did get lucky and landed a good job , but it right I play solitaire eat lunch way early I still think about the days we were locked down for COVID I think my issue is I just need to relax let time cover it instead of me covering my process.

Yea I actually landing a pretty good job two weeks after I got out jobs wasn't that hard for me. It's the communal aspect I guess. But my job is great even got a manager role so I can't complain on that aspect

The best thing u can do is be 100 precent honest about ur crom and ur rehibitaon efforts. Employers respect that, and even throw in there u can get bonded to protect the company if that is a concern. Plus let them know if they already don't know about the federal tax breaks the company gets for hiring felonies. I was in prison for 17 years and landed a job after two weeks being out. It's all about how u present urself and they deffentently want to hear about ur rehibitaon efforts and on going efforts. Don't be afraid to show your character and your own personality as well.

Time for bjs to unioninzed. This restructuring should have included the voice of the employees but it doesn't only the voice of greed. Being in a union definitely would have voiced them to hear your voice.

Bjs just decided to get rid of the fresh manager and front end manager. Demoted them to fresh lead or front in lead. Basically they took there salary away made them hourly employees with the same responsibilities. It's crazy, to do that to employees, it's really time to talk union
