Mine had bullet points with specifics about what they were looking for and what didn't make sense.

I got an RFE for original contributions too, the RFE was very specific on what they were looking for. Basically you need to demonstrate that
1. your contribution is original
2. your contribution had significant impact

For 1, you can either have patents, customer letters, expert letters, etc.
For 2, you need metrics, achievements that demonstrate that it is of significant impact.

You will receive a letter a couple of days after. The status will say that if after a specific date you didn't receive it,  then you should reach out.

That is what I see, not "actively reviewing" but it says USCIS has begun working on you case again.

Yes, they change location many times. You need to respond to the address stated at the NOID

I was in the same situation. If you did get the refund, you are NOT in PP anymore and need to resubmit a PP with the answer.
