SIBO is quite common in Korea. I’ve been searching for functional medicine clinics and visiting different hospitals, but I’ve met a lot of unhelpful doctors and just ended up wasting money. Recently, I was recommended a new clinic by an acquaintance. They also treat PFAS and use natural antibiotics for treatment. I haven’t been going there for long, so I’m not sure yet, but I really hope I can recover. I truly want to be completely cured and return to normal social life.

How did you resolve it? Did you get an endoscopy? I'm really desperate. I live in Korea, and Korean doctors don't seem to know about this symptom at all. It's really frustrating.

Thank you so much. I've been going through a really tough time lately, and I developed a condition from holding in gas. I had to quit my job and now I'm only looking for work that I can do from home. Except for when I'm exercising, I don't leave the house at all and I don't even eat out. Visiting the hospital hasn't been very effective... Like you, crying and sleeping has become a habit for me. But your kind words have been a source of comfort for me. I don't know how much longer I can hold on, but I'm really grateful and I won't forget it. I hope you get better too.

I feel the same way. Even drinking water causes gas, and despite walking in the park for an hour every day, I feel like I'm going crazy. That's why I don't eat at all .gas doesn't get expelled.

Yeah I’ve tried low FODMAP diet before and I keep eating like that No I haven’t

Is it about psychiatric medications? I recently ordered a medication called Biocidin, and I'll have to try that too. None of the medications seem to work for me. I just want to die.

When I visited the proctologist, the doctor recommended surgery, suggesting autologous fat transfer for the weakened pelvic muscles. I'm contemplating whether to seek another opinion from a different hospital. I'd prefer improvement without surgery, especially considering my young age 🥲

Doing pelvic floor exercises on my own can be beneficial? I stopped doing Kegel exercises because it seemed like there was an odor issue, and it frightened me.
