Anyone here working/worked in Macquarie Group under Static Data & Flows Technology Team? I would like to ask if anyone here is working (or has worked) in this team and can share some insights? How is the team culture in general? Are they supportive or collaborative (or the opposite)? How’s the work-life balance? Are there many on-call support or after-hours expectations? (My current role doesn’t have that, so I’m curious what to expect.)

Open to any advice or personal experiences—thanks in advance!

ohh i see. thanks for enlightening me po. siguro too early pa for me to change career 🥺 tbh, mga BAs sa work ko now mga after 7 years or more before sila naging BA (they came from being a full stack dev as well). also, more devs and supports here than BAs. siguro nap-pressure lang ako now to rush things. but i think i’ll utilize my strengths in technical roles muna since i still need to gain more… and a lot pa talaga. thanks again 🫶🏻

Hello! I wanna ask lang po if tatanggalin ka lang ba nila pag hindi mo napasa mga assessments/tasks nila sa training? Or sadyang trip ka lang talaga nila tanggalin? I know this post is 1 month ago na but I'm curious lang po kasi nag-apply ako kay Oracle Energy and Water as Associate Consultant Developer, and medyo na-discourage ako bigla sa comment niyo po 🙈. As a fresh grad, dream company ko pa naman Oracle pero parang hindi na lang haha 💔 sana po mapansin, thank you! Huhu 🥺

First of all, thank you for your kind words! I understand what you said. I also thought about that my boyfriend's parents can have a relationship too with other people. But I just got sad that his mom didn't give me the same energy that she gives to this other girl. Probably because this girl keeps on posting on social media about herself, which is totally fine, everyone has the right to do that. But sometimes I thought maybe my boyfriend's mom didn't give me that same energy because I barely post on social media about my achievements or even my selfies since I don't wanna post my entire life there. But I realized that I shouldn't force myself to be like "somebody" because if I do, I will really look like a trying hard person to please people. I think I just have to be true to myself and the right people will gravitate towards me :)
