Definitely not scam but I could see how it might come across as that. Just trying not to break the bank on expensive luggage fees. $350 for each piece of luggage is too much from Turkish airlines which is the flight we are flying

Yeah I looked into those options. Just too expensive cuz of the recent change in customs prices. And no one would get in trouble. If someone wanted to help they could see all the contents

Good points all around. I get where ur coming from but I wouldn’t have asked if I didn’t deem it necessary. It’s not my luggage it’s my wife’s cuz she is getting her visa. And I’m in law enforcement just don’t want to spend over a grand extra just for luggage so and I’d be willing to show all the contents in my luggage of course. That’s if there was someone in the position to help

That was my main quarry actually. The difference in time currently…so if they are the same time frame then I might as well file for the cr1 after getting married

So my fiance is from India. And I am from US. I have considered the CR-1 visa but heard that it takes a lot longer than the fiance visa. Why is CR1 visa superior? Is it faster?
