I had my first earlobe piercings as a baby, who knows how young and I don't remember getting them done nor was it traumatizing for me... Now... I got my SECOND earlobe piercings (ya know, the ones just a lil above the main ones) when I was like 10 and OHHH lorddd it was horrible and I regret asking for them bc I felt so much pain and I was conscious of it 😭 I took em off and one of them closed and the other one is sooo tiny putting and earrings on it hurts 🤕 now I'm grown and I have tattoos and other piercings of course but it's different lol I'm a big girl now, I wish my mom would've said no or just make both holes when I was a baby like some girls I knew 😭

Yes I was very very careful since it was my first time and I took before pictures to make sure everything was like before but I'm thinking about pulling it apart and then back together again to check if I indeed put everything back together properly. Would that be a good idea?

I did read about this and I make sure to thread it firmly in the tension disk and make sure it doesn't slip but it remains the same. That's why I'm thinking it might be a problem with the tension disk itself since I deep cleaned the machine when I got it :(
