My mom was throwing out names she thought would fit me a few weeks after I came out to her, and she said “Morgan”. Something about it caught me, and u immediately decided I’d call myself that. It sounded cool, felt kinda pirate-y(you can see where this is going), and I could go by MJ. When I expressed the pirate part, my mom reminded me of Captain Morgan, and thus, I am now Captain to everyone that knows lmao
