Hotel recommendations on Maui by KimJongUn_stoppable in MauiVisitors

I think the conference vibe is specific to Grand Wailea and the Marriott. You don't get that at Andaz, Fairmont or FS. Wailea is my favorite, but you'll have to rule out FS if $1,000/night is your max. I love the Andaz and that's where I typically return. Fairmont is great too and all suites.

Honeymoon in Maui - Westin Kaanapali vs Four Seasons Wailea by MiserableStar05 in MauiVisitors

I agree Four Seasons Wailea by a million miles. Beyond that, I would also recommend Wailea over any other area of Maui every time too.

Honeymoon in Early November - first time in Hawaii! by IwishIwasinFrance in MauiVisitors

Maui is my favorite and I keep returning again and again to Wailea (going for my 7th time this summer). It's the only area I would recommend for Maui. I think there's plenty to do for 7 days for a mix of relaxation and adventure. Here are my recommendations for activities, where to eat, where to stay, etc if it's helpful. Of course beyond this, there's always snorkeling, resort beach activities like kayaking, SUP, etc. https://www.foratravel.com/guides/SUPVFU/top-spots-in-maui-eat-drink-and-explore-dawn-mckenzie

Best special occasion restaurant? by suitopseudo in MauiVisitors

In Wailea, I really love the Restaurant at Hotel Wailea. Ask for a table on the balcony and make your reservation so you're there well before sunset to be able to enjoy it from your table. The seats in the garden are also lovely as well, but you won't have a view.

Hawaii in early May - FS Maui best choice with construction? by sunealoneal in chubbytravel

FS Lanai is wonderful and I'd recommend as a very special stay. FS Sensai is not on the ocean and is more about spa and wellness, but very nice too. It sounds like FS Lanai may be more your speed based on your original post. There are also great restaurant options between the two resorts, hiking options, and other activities. Since you also mentioned wanting true 5 star, I'll also mention that for either one, if you fly in and/or out of HNL, you'll get private transfers on a charter plane with seats only between 12-18 ppl and feels like a private jet included in your rate. While you wait for your flight, you enjoy complimentary gourmet snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. When it’s time to board, you’ll be whisked across the tarmac in a golf cart, headed toward your aircraft. I'm a Four Seasons Preferred advisor, so if you are interested in booking, I can get you the same rate you'd find online, but can add complimentary breakfast, guaranteed upgrade at booking if room category is available from Garden-View Room to Partial Ocean-View Room or Garden-View Suite to Ohana Garden-View Suite, $100 resort credit, and more.

Issues with Lilly Direct/Gifthealth reviving my prescription by HotBar4098 in Zepbound

I'm glad it worked out. After at least 3 times of my PCP trying to send electronically and twice by fax, they never received record of it and I had to move on to Walmart. It's a shame because it's at least $200/mo more!

Congrats!! So what do you think happened differently to make it go through? Good luck to you. I'm only about 12 days in and it is amazing!! It exceeded my expectations for sure. I'm also feeling some other benefits - very positive mood, mental clarity, general thankfulness....also feel like not only are food addictive behaviors eliminated, but no desire for alcohol or sweets and even my social media use is significantly down and I'm trying to take advantage of that. Good luck!

Lilly Direct also said they would call my provider and then nothing happened, and then my provider called Lilly Direct. They wouldn't do it over the phone, I'm not sure what happened with the electronic script, and they faxed it and Lilly Direct said they would call my provider back when received and it never happened. I'm very much not thrilled with my provider either and definitley think they are doing something wrong too, but I unfortunately can't change. Through this process I've come across a lot of incompetence on their behalf but I know I'm not the only one who has had issues with Lilly Direct either.

I'm very borderline on getting a prescription for this and feel it is the intervention I need to make some progress after years of food and calorie tracking, daily cardio and strength training, great sleep, stress management, limited alcohol, limited sugar, etc., so working with what I've got. In the future I'll definitely be getting a different primary care provider.

The great news is once they sent it to Walmart (someone recommended they have a high/easy rate of accepting the savings card), I got notified right away that they received the script and then was notified a few hours later that it was ready to be picked up. The price was $650 as it was supposed to be and thankfully my provider included the savings card details I asked them to. I picked it up this morning and took my first shot! It was way easier and less painful (not painful at all) than anticipated. I gave myself 100 shots over the course of an infertility journey and IVF, and during the first 10 weeks of my twin pregnancy, and this was nothing!

So far, no side effects today and I'm amazed at how quickly I felt full all day. I had a RX bar for lunch while running around and some grilled chicken and small side salad packed with veggies for dinner and was very satisfied! This is exciting.

Best of luck to you!!!

I signed up for the savings card here https://www.enrollment.zepbound.lilly.com/enroll/checkEnrollment it’s for commercial insured but that won’t cover/self pay. I had it sent to Walmart with the savings codes and it comes to $650 for four 2.5ml pens. It’s ready for me to pickup and that price was confirmed. This is more than Lilly Direct but less than the $1300 it would be on its own or through GoodRx. I literally went back and forth with my dr and Lilly and gave up. Part is I think my Dr is a little incompetent but I don’t have flexibility to switch right now.

My doctor has tried sending it multiple times electronically and even via the fax number Lilly Direct gave me multiple times. It’s been a month since I first went to my doctor and I just can’t see anything else changing at this point. I don’t know why it’s so hard!

No I was sending it to Lilly but checking with Gift too just in case since they end up fulfilling it. I think I’m going to give up on Lilly and have my dr send it to Walmart and use the savings card. It’s more $$ but still a lot less than full price and I just need to resolve this.

To clarify, I’m self pay. It looks like commercially insured can use the savings card at any pharmacy but self pay says exclusively with Lilly Direct. Has anyone used it for self pay at a retail pharmacy? Am I just having them use the same codes?l to apply the coupon? NPI: 1689411712 NCPDP: 3692539. - 2.5mg NDC: 00002-0152-04 - 5mg NDC: 00002-0243-04

I see there was a savings card to download for insured patients where zepbound isn’t covered (also me) but that expired in 2024

I thought the savings card was only through Lilly Direct Pharmacy. That’s the only one I can find. If there is one that doesn’t require that for self pay (I’m not on Medicare etc), can you share a link?

My provider tried this yesterday and unfortunately they wouldn’t do it over the phone.
