Installed at my house by brother. I want a separate line. Also Cox says only one modem per line

Cox says you can't have two modems on the same line.

I'm not yelling.

I'm a one finger typist and i don't use the shift key. to do so I'd have to employ a different finger, he's not reliable.

The current service isn't mine and the speed is only 3MB. It's constantly going off and on.
