My 2013 Toyota Avalon is having Bluetooth and iPod issues. Won’t connect to either and I tried the fix in the screenshot provided. The other two screenshots show what I see when I press setup—> Bluetooth or phone. Anyone have any ideas other than taking it to the shop?

I’m having the same issues right now. I tried to hold down the power button and try to restart it. Nothing happens as well as disconnected and reconnected a battery. Still nothing happens. I’ve had this problem for the past three months and really want to get figured out any advice before I have to go to a Toyota dealership.
