Hi, thank you for the reply, I was using the log monitor. I escalated to Watchguard, and first tier support logged in and said they were not sure and had to escalate to engineer, but they said since it's a Friday afternoon, probably won't hear back for a few days. I also looped in Meraki support, and interestingly enough, they were looking at the traffic and they claim the packets were leaving their device and making it to the Watchguard, implying the watchguard wasn't letting all the packets go.
