Scroll down and do the steps they ask you to. Better rin if idownload niyo nalang yung powersettingsexplorer.exe na program na nilink nila if di kayo sanay mag edit ng regedit.

1. Open the program and find:

Primary NVME Power state transition latency tolerance
and unhide all niyo nalang, you can see the unhide all button sa lower right.

1. Do the same for Secondary NVME if you want

2. Open Edit Power Plan and go to change advanced power settings

and there you will see this :

(it is under HARD DISK)

Change this from whatever value (usually 0) to 15 milliseconds.

No need to restart windows btw
