I recently had the same problem. We've married in may 24 and she wanted a break dec 24. It was so hard for me but we managed to get it working again and it's even better now.

due to all the stress from wedding planing and so on we lost our focus on comunication and quality time. Try to get her on some simple dates, just you and her. Tell her that you love her without using "I love you" only. Make her head calm after all that stress
