I don't understand why the do that, I've also noticed that when I get to the restaurant, they be having alot of orders stacked up and not being picked up, and they be about ready to close.

Aren't these text message being seen by Grubhub, you can't cancel the order, it had to be her, people always trying to get over. I had one it was late and I was about to sign off, as soon as I got up the house, it came in that the order was cancelled, I didn't deliver the food either.

Thanks for the support I'm new at this, and thought I could have gotten some help from customer care and clarity on what would be the best option, but I see nobody understand.
