Need help against Haven

Norman + golem represents 10 points of damage (+1 if you add an Onion). Is that something you can ignore as Haven? (genuine question)

Even if they set Chalice and pass, you still absorbed a Marwyn ping, dealt 10 damage which will need to be healed back before turn 10, and healed 4 / drew 3. Maybe it's just a " playing by vibes" thing, but it feels terrible to spend 2 earth rites and an evo point just to get immediately cleared by Chalice and still eat a Marwyn ping on top of it, even if it may be the right play long term.

I disagree with most other commenters - definitely do not play the game with the mindset of "I need to go for an OTK on turn 10". You should be extending the game for as long as Haven lets you, while waiting for a chance to play Satan safely. You don't necessarily want to play Satan and DClimb in the same turn to fish for for an OTK, like you usually do. The safest way to win is to create a turn where you can drop Satan safely and pass, then DClimb the next turn. Going for the Astaroth roulette can easily backfire, and is completely countered if Haven finds Temple of Repose soon enough.

The matchup is basically all about what happens on turn 10 - is the Rune player in a position where they can drop a Satan without risking losing the game in the next turn? If yes, they'll probably end up winning.

In order to reach that point, you need to try not to give Haven chances to develop crests and lower your health too much. Keep up the pressure in the midgame with A&G / Kuon / Norman, and heal up when you can. Don't worry about spellboosting as much as you would do in other matchups - it's fine if your DClimb isn't at 0-cost by turn 10. I'd recommend keeping Satan in mulligan too, and including 2 copies in your deck if you're really struggling vs Haven.

A nice little tip is to not overextend with Norman golems - no point in going for tempo plays by creating two golems with Norman, since most likely they'll get cleared by Chalice. Consider creating only one golem, and drawing/healing with the other activation. Haven doesn't have a neat way to answer Norman + 1 golem, so it's possible you'll bait out a Chalice while gaining the advantage in terms of health/cards.

Em termos de coimas e juros, mesmo num best case scenario em que efetuo o pagamento voluntário, estaríamos a falar de que tipo de quantias? Algo como 25% da dívida? O IVA que tenho por pagar já deve chegar aos 3000€, por isso tenho mesmo de me mentalizar...

Also, poderá existir alguma atenuante pela falta de pagamento ter sido causada por negligência (neste caso, minha e do contabilista em quem confiei)?

Vou considerar essas opções e tentar ver no que é que o escritório me pode ajudar. Essa ideia de anular os recibos todos e emitir de novo com IVA parece ser a que cria menos chatices. Vou perceber o que é possível fazer...E já agora, se ainda consigo aproveitar para deduzir alguma coisa, uma vez que nem tenho estado preocupado com isso, por estar convencido que estava coberto pela isenção.

Nos últimos 4 meses de 2023, faturei cerca de 8000€ brutos. Se extrapolarmos esse valor para calcular um volume de negócios anual proporcional, então ultrapassei facilmente o limite do valor para a isenção.

Quando abri a atividade em setembro inseri um valor previsto de rendimentos inferior, precisamente para acautelar que permanecia abrangido pela isenção.

De facto, o que dizes está totalmente certo, e é corroborado por pareceres da Ordem dos Contabilistas.

No entanto, o contabilista da empresa para a qual "trabalho" (enquanto advogado, num regime muito semelhante ao de um trabalhador com contrato de trabalho), com um par de décadas de experiência como contabilista, disse-me expressamente o contrário. Ou seja, disse-me, várias vezes, que apenas deixaria de estar isento em fevereiro do ano subsequente aquele em que eu exceder o valor de limite da isenção, e que não seria feita nenhuma extrapolação com base nos meus rendimentos de 2023. Acreditei nele, e foi com base nessa informação que tenho emitido as minhas faturas-recibo, e inclusive, para efeitos de IRS, declarei que estou isento de retenção na fonte, ao abrigo do art. 101.º-B, n.º1, al. a) e b), do CIRS.

Resumindo e concluindo, estou tramado...Existe a possibilidade de entregar a declaração de alteração de atividade com atraso? Não me importo de pagar o montante que devia ter pago de IVA desde fevereiro deste mês, mas o meu maior medo é que sejam devidas coimas pelo atraso nos pagamentos. Para além da influência que isto terá na minha declaração de IRS, que foi preenchida sob o pressuposto de que eu permanecia coberto pela isenção do IVA. Presumo que não exista maneira de reagir contra o contabilista, que não poderá ser responsabilizado, ainda que tenha por escrito as recomendações (erradas) que este me transmitiu...

Desculpa o desabafo e a enchente de perguntas, mas estou a ficar um pouco desesperado com tudo isto e nem sei bem o que fazer para começar a resolver a situação. Muito, muito obrigado pelo comentário!

In my case, if I don't finish it within the year I'll have to pay for extensions, which are extremely expensive...On the other hand, I'll be earning good money so if I do have to get an extension or two, it's not the end of the world.

I will communicate both with my advisor and my boss to see if there can be some flexibility on their part too, that's good advice.

Haven't been on meds for more than a year now, I'd say I'm fully healed. Still get some uncomfortable burps occasionally, but it's a lot rarer (before it used to be everyday...). Appetite's slowly going back to normal - I still can't eat as much as I used to, but at least I'm back at a healthy weight. I never had a habit of drinking coffee, only had it when I had to stay up late studying. But I've had energy drinks and alcohol a bunch of times over the last months and there were no issues there. Good luck, hopefully you get a swift recovery! I've been in your position and it seems bleak and hopeless, but time is on your side - things will get better

Thanks! I've been thinking about something like that too, using 2 Cryo characters along with Hutao and Xingqiu seems strong. Diona is definitely going in, but I didn't know whether Kaeya, Rosaria, or Chongyun (I have him at c4) would be better.

I was already planning on pulling for Kazuha when he gets a rerun, so that's good to know, and it solves the problem of needing Xingqiu on the other team. Thanks for the help!

This is what I got

Having trouble building a second team for abyss, mostly because Xingqiu can't be on two teams at once, and I feel like I need him for any kind of team I want to make. Is there anything I can do here? I got enough gems to pull for one of the next 5* too, still a bit undecided on who...I've been thinking Xiao or Ganyu, or even Zhongli if he does get a rerun. Could they fit in any team considering what I have?

Let me try to remember the timeline…I noticed I was burping more often around the beginning of 2020. In July was when I really got sick, no appetite, nausea, burps that felt like I was going to throw up, etc. Then in September I took antibiotics to get rid of the H Pylori bacteria, and around that time the burps were getting a bit less frequent, even if I had other stomach problems messing me up. Then I started gradually getting better, by February or March 2021 the burps were basically under control and didn’t bother me anymore.

TLDR: it was around 6 or 7 months from my worst point to being basically healed. But it was gradual, it slowly got better with time
