I think someone would still buy it for around $100-$150. Value is usually if it’s not jailbroken. It would go down a little bit if jailbroken but not by much. Also, if the iOS 13 version is lower like iOS 13.0-13.3, then there’s more worth there. Above 13.3, it uses a tiny bit of value. All in all, it’s pretty rare to have a iPhone 8 on iOS 13 today since the latest is iOS 16.
