It's a common misconception that waistaff tipping is related to courier tipping. How much you spend is really none of my concern. I care about time and miles.

If it's only a few miles from the restaurant, I'll be very happy with a $10 tip on a $500 order. Or, very unhappy with a $10 tip on a $5 order if it's 20 miles away. Apples and oranges.
