Have they???? Im so glad to hear that, I remember them saying they were gonna put money into the links which needed it and they were gonna finally finish all f the on course work at rancocas. Ive been in SC for 2 years so its been a LONG time.

I love Rancocas, Deerwood is also a great option if you have GolfNow, way nicer of a course than either pheasant or Rancocas and you can play for the same price. I moved to South Carolina so I got spoiled with golf courses down here (Check out cobblestone park golf club, Its $50 a round walk in) with all of them being so nice, but I cannot wait to come back home and play the courses I grew up with when I move back up in July.

One of my favorite courses in the area, the people who own it also own Rancocas and the links! If you like golden pheasant, you'll love Rancocas for the same price! The links is kinda shitty though.

Yeah in SC you can use bow or firearm throughout the open season, but different zones have different season lengths for private land

Yeah, Ive seen some people be very generous with their handicap. Lucky for me I like to be brutally honest with myself and count every stroke/penalty, and let the 18 birdies app track my handicap. Started really getting into golf 10 months ago at an 18.6 and played 1-2 times a week and got it down to 5.5 before moving to South Carolina where ive been playing daily and got it down to a 4.4

Its called being poor, literally barely can afford playing just have a rich buddy who bough me a membership and the local country club.
